In Trnsys 18, Type 99 including the explanation of sample is described in 04-MathematicalReference.pdf:

column value is a mean value related to the time interval td ending at the time corresponding to actual data line


0


column value is a mean value related to the time interval td/2 before and after the time corresponding to actual data line


1


column value is a mean value related to the time interval td starting at the time corresponding to actual data line


Have in mind to define a valid "Sky model for diffuse radiation" for the Type.
If the problem persist you may contact your distributor.

Hello

I have a problem to set up the input file of Type 99 for a weather data with global horizontal radiation. I get a visual fortran-time error with my file, but it runs with the example file that uses horizontal beam and diffuse. Below is first part of my input file. The <samp> column is not explained in the manual and is not clear.
