[TRNSYS-users] Recompile TrnsysConstants

Len,

  TrnsysConstants.f90 is part of (compiled into) the TRNDll so you'll 
need to recompile all of the code and relink it into a new TRNDll. This 
should not be too difficult if you have access to the Intel Visual 
Fortran compiler. There is a prebuilt workspace that you can open and 
use to recompile the DLL. If you do not have that compiler, please tell 
me which you do have and I'll try to make some other suggestions.
