[TRNSYS-users] Partitioned thermal storage

Vajihe,

  typically the way to model partitioned thermal storage is to use 
multiple storage tanks that are connected to one another in series. 
Depending on the model you choose for your storage tank, you can set the 
top and bottom loss temperatures of a tank in the middle to the 
appropriate node temperatures in the tanks above and below.
