[TRNSYS-users] collector slope output from Type15 when in tracking mode

The outputs from the weather type will be the slope and azimuth of the
collector surface - not the axis. It makes sense that it reaches it's
minimum value around noon. In the morning it will be facing the horizon
(nearly vertical) and will track towards more flat as the sun rises in
the sky. A flat collector has a slope of zero.
