[TRNSYS-users] STEC LIBRARY

The STEC library that is available should be compatible with Trnsys16, 
Trnsys17, and the 32-bit version of Trnsys18. Its only incompatibility 
is with the 64-bit version of Trnsys18. It has been awhile since I 
looked at the STEC library installer but my guess would be that you need 
to adapt the installer's default paths in order to install it into 
Trnsys17 and that the problem is likely one of some files being in the 
wrong place as opposed to a problem of compatibility.
