It is not possible to determine the exact cause of the behavior that you 
are seeing without looking at your simulation input files. If you are 
using Trnsys18 you can feel free to send your files to your Trnsys 
distributor for assistance. If you are using an earlier version (v16 or 
v17) then technical support has officially ended but it is at the 
discretion of distributors whether they have some time to take a look at 
it. If you aren't sure who to contact please send me a direct email and 
I can assist.
