[TRNSYS-users] TRNSYS 18 - Type 15-3 problem (using .epw weather file)

Dear Marie-Hélène,

I assume that the 1st parameter (file Type) hasn’t been adapted to the new file type by the Studio replace function.

This bug is fixed in Trnsys Version 18.00.0015:



Simulation Studio

•  Bugfix: tabs in a proforma that have a variable number of items on them now appear. Previously they could disappear.

•  Bugfix: all tabs (parameter, input, output, etc.) are shown for components that have a plugin. Previously if a component had no parameters but did have a plugin the user had no way of launching the plugin.

•  Bugfix: Edit/replace will update mode if the new component has a different mode from the old one

Dear users,

I have created a Multizone Building Project from a idf file. I wanted to change the weather file to read a .epw file. So I right click on the Weather data (by default it's Type 15-6 that reads TM2 file) and Replace with it Type 15-3.

When I run the project, I have this error:

Am I doing something wrong ?
