[TRNSYS-users] heliostat modeling

Dear Sir,

Why can't you contact your distributor?  The contact information can be 
found on www.TRNSYS.com.  Unfortunately we no longer support version 16 
as version 18 is now available.  Your questions about weather files have 
been answered many times before on this forum and detailed examples can 
be found in the TRNSYS examples.
