Jim,

Demand controlled ventilation can be modeled by simply using a schedule.  Trace does have a way to do it another way, but using a schedule to reduce ventilation is the most straight forward.

Static pressure reset is simply based on the fan curve you use for the supply fan.  Trace has two curves built in, and one is shown below as an example.
