Jim,



Attached is a screenshot of the Create Rooms - Roofs Tab.



Create a room with a roof.  In the "Rooms Tab" within Create Rooms increase room height to about 40 ft (assuming 10ft per story).  In the "Roofs Tab" within Create Rooms, enter skylight either as a % of roof or by calling out the dimensions of the skylight (as shown in the example below). I have attached a TAF file of an example for you to review.

Hi,





The building I am modeling has an open center spiral staircase going up

4 floors with a skylight on the roof.  How do I model this in Trace?
