Anjenaire,

What is the intent of the gas heat? You could model it as the preheat
coil and use TRH or VAV-RH with 100% minimum. I don't have the time to
research further. Also review "Morning warm-up for dual-fuel
applications" in the Trace Documentation. This comes close but fails to
explain how to assign two heating plants to one system.

I am trying to model an existing roof top unit that has natural gas
heating and there is an electric reheat coil in the airside system. I
was attempting to use terminal Reheat as the system type, but it will
only allow me to assign the reheat coil to the main heating system
energy. Any suggestions?

I would like to spike out the reheat energy as kW and the gas heat as
therms.
