[Spc209-announce] Committee Meetings Canceled for Chicago ASHRAE

I'm canceling the ASHRAE Chicago committee meetings for SPC
209. Unfortunately, I found out today that rather than the
public review starting today it will not start until
December 22. It should be a 30 day public review which means
that the comment period will not close until January 21 
which is during the ASHRAE Chicago meeting and would not 
provide enough time to prepare responses.

Instead, please plan on attending the February 8 conference
call from 2pm to 4pm central time. I will send out details
when we get closer.
