[Spc209-announce] First Public review of Standard 209P Begins

I am proud to announce that today begins the first public 
review of ASHRAE Standard 209P.  Attached is the ASHRAE 
Standards Actions with the announcement (see page 3). The 45 
day public review ends May 9. The public review draft is
