<p>Maybe I missed something? In your example, your E+ Properties
windows looks different than mine. How do I get the
UtilityCost:Charge:Simple object to present itself so I can enter
the costs?</p>

Project Consumption report includes monthly bar charts including costs
and the Project Summary Report includes Energy End Use. In the Results
Visualization workspace you can create your own graphs including bar charts.
