We should organize a web meeting so that we can look into your installation.
It appears that something went wrong when Simergy was installed.

 

Are you able to meet on Monday at 15:00 UTC ?  That is 08:00 for us and
20:30 IST

Dear Simergy Users,

 

We have downloaded the latest "Simergy version 1.9" from
"https://simergy.lbl.gov/index.html" and installed the same to use it for
Energy modeling purpose. 

 

While starting the tool, we are able to open the sample model but afterwards
it won't allowing us to edit us building details OR anything else. 

 

We are getting a error message continuously (attached the error snapshot for
your reference).

 

Kindly provide your valuable feedback so that we can further use this tool
for our modeling projects.
