fundraising and grant writing; legal, financial, or educational; and building performance policy development. Specifically the current Board has identified the need for board members who have the ability to fundraise and have legal background. Positions for
nomination are president, vice-president, secretary, treasurer, member-at-large, and general members.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="color:black">You may petition the Nomination Committee to become a nominee or nominate a person who will bring professional strength and experience in the areas mentioned above. The term of office is two years beginning in
February, 2013. Each petition to the IBPSA-USA Board for nomination will include a five sentence statement of purpose and one page resume from the candidate (pdf format only please). These will be posted on the IBPSA-USA website for review by voting members.
The elections will take place on January 26, 2013 in Dallas (location of ASHRAE’s Winter Conference) at the Annual Business Meeting of IBPSA-USA.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
