necessary, but with a degree of accuracy that is going to be investment-grade. <o:p></o:p></span></font></p>

series of calculations that the above information can be utilized to provide an
accurate model of chiller performance and can then be used in an apples to
apples comparison with new equipment? Ideally, this can be done without the
need to input all the cutsheet information on a piece of equipment which may or
may not accurately represent how the chiller is operating in the field in that
climate. <o:p></o:p></span></font></p>

able to create – the ASHRAE article created by Terrence Morris and Steve
Blaine at CH2M Hill titled, “<a
href="http://www.ashrae.org/members/doc/ASHRAEDAJ08Jul0520080630_8090903.pdf">Chiller
Plant Optimization Tool</a>” provides something very similar. The main
difference between what they did and what I am looking to do is that a cutsheet
was used to determine efficiency ratings measured by the manufacturer, whereas
I am looking to take efficiency measurements in the field without any reference
to the claimed efficiencies of a cutsheet(s).<o:p></o:p></span></font></p>
