Hi,
The Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering Department (MAE) at Syracuse
University invites applications for a tenure-track Assistant Professor
position in the field of Built Environment, starting in Fall 2024.

Prospective candidates should possess a proven track record in Built
Environment, with an ability to establish a robust research program capable
of securing competitive external research funding. The department is
particularly interested in individuals engaged in both fundamental and
applied research within the expansive domain of Built Environment.
Potential emphasis of research areas should encompass, but are not confined
to one of the two focus areas:

1. Advanced materials and technologies for the built environment;
2. Human factors and human-machine/system interfaces
