[Ibpsausa] Groundwater temperature estimating

Hi All,

Does anyone know of a peer-reviewed paper / methodology they could share
with me that describes a process for converting annual weather data into
monthly groundwater temperatures?

Obviously a lot of EPW files already have ground water temperatures but
many don't and a lot of other weather data doesn't have that information so
it'd be great to know if there was a well-recognised process for making
those estimates.
