WSP Flack + Kurtz in downtown San Francisco, CA, is seeking an experienced design simulation professional to join the mechanical engineering team. The role involves supporting the design team through building simulation analysis. The role focuses on whole building energy performance, mechanical system performance (CFD and thermal comfort) and code compliance (Title 24 and LEED).
The ideal candidate will have greater than 1 years of experience with energy modeling and will have specifically used eQuest. Experience with IES, EnergyPro, TAS and/or CFD software would also be preferable. Candidates should also have experience with energy modeling for LEED EAp2/EAC1 and Title 24 compliance.
WSP Flack + Kurtz work on a diverse range of projects and building types. The San Francisco office has over 100 people spanning the teams of mechanical, electrical, hydraulics and specialist teams in lighting and sustainable design (Built Ecology).
