[Ibpsausa] National Lab seeks Sr. Buildings Engineer

Greets IBPSA Community.  We wanted to reach out on a referral basis.
Pacific Northwest National Laboratory (www.pnl.gov) is seeking a
world-class engineer to participate in research focusing on building
energy codes & standards, building diagnostics & controls, and equipment
energy efficiency standards development.   This position will provide
technical and leadership expertise to a nationally recognized program in
building systems and technologies, including residential and commercial
building energy analysis. This expertise includes developing
energy-efficient requirements for residential and commercial buildings
in the areas of building envelope, lighting and/or HVAC equipment that
lead to national and international energy codes and standards. This
position will focus on building systems modeling and analysis and
related research, such as building design and construction practices and
development of appliance and equipment standards. Business development
and client interactions are an expectation of this position. This
position will also be responsible for program development and management
for residential or commercial buildings energy-related business for
government and private sector clients. Other desired skills include
energy technology, sustainability and carbon management technology
related policy analysis.
