We obtained weather data from 26 cities with the Venezuelan Air Force. With them, we develop new parameters for each of these locations. To have some consensus on this work, I sent it to several colleagues who gave me their opinion based on the information they handled. Now we have a better and more updated version of the design conditions.</font></p><p class="MsoNormal"><font color="#252525" face="Arial, sans-serif">These data are entered, manually, every time we start a new project.</font></p><p class="MsoNormal"><font color="#252525" face="Arial, sans-serif">Outside the USA, especially in developing countries, getting these files locally is almost impossible. We have two ways: a) acquire those offered by institutions or companies in the sector or b) build them locally. for a specific location, generated from a data bank much longer than a year in duration. It records weather data for every hour and then you can analyze design temperatures accordingly. But I don't know where you can find them or a data exists for your location. </span></p>

sometimes.</span></p>

I have expected that its developers decide to update them,
but, apparently, this will not happen in the short term and the work is urgent. </font></div>

I am currently trying to get this information with the official organisms of Venezuela. It's not easy to deal with the bureaucracy, but I'm still trying. Meanwhile, I would settle for another reliable source of information. Can you recommend another provider
of these files? </font></div>

With version 5.01 I could not do it. I'm worried that, if I get these files in a different format, HAP will not accept them.
