Hi Khaled,

I need a clarification. Is the adjacent unconditioned garage located outdoors? If so, then the wall can be included/modelled in the Wall, Windows, doors Tab. You can adjust the Wall outside surface color and the absortivity.

Hi HAP Users,

We are designing a townhouse where an indoor conditioned space is sharing a wall with an unconditioned garage.
There is a heat gain from the garage going through this wall, but when modelling the indoor space with wall in HAP it is considered wall to the outside.

How do I model the space to be sharing a wall/partition with an outdoor shaded area (assuming the garage temperature = OA temp)
