[Hap-users] Weather files

Hi

The files that I am trying to modify, or to obtain, are those used by the
HAP for Simulation.

The design conditions that HAP brings by default have already been updated.
We obtained weather data from 26 cities with the Venezuelan Air Force. With
them, we develop new parameters for each of these locations. To have some
consensus on this work, I sent it to several colleagues who gave me their
opinion based on the information they handled. Now we have a better and
more updated version of the design conditions.

These data are entered, manually, every time we start a new project.

Outside the USA, especially in developing countries, getting these files
locally is almost impossible. We have two ways: a) acquire those offered by
institutions or companies in the sector or b) build them locally. The
second is a task that, in my case, I would prefer not to have to do.
