[Hap-users] Indoor Swimming Pool Modeling

Has anyone modeled an indoor swimming pool with HAP before?  If so, how did
you approach it?

 

I have used ASHRAE to calculate the dehumidification load and have entered
that into the space as an "Internal - Miscellaneous - Latent" load with a
schedule based on the pool activity level.

 

I was wondering how to enter the radiant load due to the warm pool surface,
or whether to ignore that since the pool temperature is usually within a
couple degrees of the room temperature.

 

What else am I missing?

 

This model is for calculating the required equipment capacities and is not
being reviewed for LEED, etc.
