[Hap-users] Utility Rate Question

Hello,

 

I was wondering if the block utility rates need to be entered in step
increments where for example the first 250 kWh is $___, the next 150 kWh
is $____ and so on, or if it needs to be entered in cumulative
increments where the first 250 kWh is $____, from that up to 400 kWh is
$_____ and so on.
