But I am trying to replace a HW boilers with a condensing boiler with an improved efficiency. The program gives me negative savings.</div><div dir="ltr" data-setdir="false"><br></div><div dir="ltr" data-setdir="false">Then I try to replace an electric centrifugal chiller with an electric screw.
