<p class="MsoNormal">A construction/layer/material that can change properties of thermal mass and conductivity each interval based on present/prior interval conditions is not something that I understand can be accomplished within the framework of doe2.2/doe2.3.
I understand there was a feature called FUNCTIONS that allowed users to set up something of this nature in doe2.1, but that was before my time practicing energy modeling.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">That said, I believe energyplus has a PCM module that permits dynamic material properties by way of applied temperature curves. I have not personally dabbled in this area but if I were compelled/required to pursue an analysis of this nature
I think you might find platforms using the energyplus engine may have something you can use more directly.<o:p></o:p></p>
