 only to distribute wear-and-tear across multiple components. This is typical for boilers and pumps. I often name the components in the model to reflect that there are more than one – P-1/2, B-1/2 etc.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">So I have been reviewing my proposed energy model for LEED v4 certification and I needed to check with someone if modeling the water-side HVAC system with one boiler is acceptable instead of modeling two boilers, which are to be designed
 in the final drawings, because of the fact that only one boiler will operate at a time instead of both operating simultaneously (part load).<o:p></o:p></p>
