<a href="https://bigladdersoftware.com/projects/elements/">Elements</a> a try if you are interested in editing weather files. It is a free and open-source software tool by Big Ladder Software.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif;color:#1F497D">I gave it a try and it is easy to adjust the hourly temperatures in bulk by entering the average monthly temperatures and/or the minimum and maximum monthly temperatures.
The program scales all the hourly temperatures accordingly. This helps calibrate to utility bills because you can scale the weather file temperatures to match the average monthly temperatures shown on utility bills. You can also get average temperatures and
min/max temperatures from weather sites such as wunderground.com.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
