You will definitely have to follow Part 3 of the BC Building Code,
Fire Protection, Occupant Safety and Accessibility, possibly Part 9,
and if the BC code is laid out similar to the Ontario code, SB-10
dealing with energy issues. The code should also reference which
ASHRAE Standards and versions that apply.<br>
