I think I would try a 2 story atrium, zoned perimeter and core. The
perimeter zone would be the track and have exact same floor space on
each floor. Then adapt the core zone on the second level making it
open to below and remove the floor. I haven't done one like this
for quite a while and I'm just going off the top of my head. It
could be a little more complex than my explanation. :)<br>
