Do you mean the relative humidity on the weather file? <br>

That would require changing the weather file, but that's not a task
for the timid because:<br>
1) the weather file is in a binary format that you can't read, so
you'd have to convert it to ASCII, make the changes, and convert
that back. There are Fortran programs for doing that, though.<br>
2) RH is a derived value that's not in the weather file. You would
have to change several weather elements and make sure that they're
all consistent - absolute humidity, wet bulb, and enthalpy. <br>
