<div dir="ltr">Nathan, <div><br></div><div>Thanks for the clarification - I am using the Energy Star Multifamily High Rise Guidelines and it does seem like the units are hybrid and I would need to change the baseline system type to PTAC. I just found that the common errors for primary system type listed in Advanced Energy Modeling for LEED Technical Manual v2 include "Baseline HVAC system is mapped using “Electric and Other” heating source classification when fossil fuel is used in conjunction with electricity to heat spaces in proposed case (the heating type should be hybrid)", and "Heating source of proposed case with fossil fuel preheat is not treated as hybrid if heating source of rest of building is electricity.", which I believe is the error I'm making. </div>

 system type is PTHP. My question is, since the proposed case has natural gas as one of its heating source, does the baseline case systems have to be revised to include natural gas as well? The problem is there isn't an ERV equivalent in the baseline model,
 so I'm not sure where to add the natural gas units, if necessary.<u></u><u></u></p>
