I believe the ASHRAE HVAC Systems manual has a sizing guide in it. Also check out AO Smith boilers for some design guidelines. <div class="yiv3464345067MsoNormal">I’ve read some info on adding the DHW load as a process load to the boiler but I am unsure of how to determine the DHW load and flow.</div>
