Yes, I have done this. <br><br>You need to define 2 electric meters. The first meter incorporates the kW charge including TOU if this is in your rate.<br><br>For the second meter 0 the kW charge and customer service charges and just use that to set up a ratchet charge. <br><br>See attached documents. ES-D are the rates for the two meters. ES-E includes the monthly demand charges.
