<p class="MsoNormal">The USGBC always look for a proof and it won't be as complicated as some may think, the options you proposed folk will be okay. Incidentally, for the proposed model do you also use a 1.15 and 1.25 to oversize the cooling and heating equipments,
 I saw differernt designers do it differernt way, and both views were approved by the USGBC at some instances, do you folks apply the same ratios for the proposed building? thanks in advance<o:p></o:p></p>
