The project will need a HERS rating by a certified RESNET HERS rater, so you will not be able to do the rating at the end. I assume you are the modeler, so you can do the model and leave the rating to the rater. <br>

hi,<br><br>Does equest have any role to play in LEED for Homes certification? I've used it for LEED commercail but now have been asked to do a LEED for homes but I think I need to be <br><br>a) LEED for Homes certified (I'm just a LEED NC AP)<br>
