    <tt><font size="+1">You don't always get an increase in cooling by
        increasing your tonnage.  You airflow only has a certain
        capacity with the delta T you have set.  Try leaving your model
        on auto size, go to your thermal zones in the air-side HVAC
        tab.  One base specifications tab middle right side try
        increasing your min design flow.  Default is 0.6 which in many
        cases is to low.  Energy savings dictate you only move as much
        air as you need to do the job.  Try increasing this value. 
        eQuest will itself increase the tonnage and this should start
        reducing your unmet hours.<br>

                      house, I considered two bedroom in each unit

                      I had separated conditioned and non-conditioned
                      into two separate zones and arrived at an overall
                      tonnage of about 120. When i tried to check the
                      Load unmet hours in the detailed report for
                      conditioned zone it shows some x hours as unmet,
                      then i increased the tonnage so that i can get
                      into an stage where there will not have any unmet
                      hours but even i increased the total tonnage the <span
                        id="yiv1908685305misspell-3"
                        class="yiv1908685305"><span>results</span></span>
                      shows the same amount of unmet hours. Can any one
                      help me out on this, I had attached the eQuest
