In a project to be LEED certified, we have the following areas: <br>

10400 m2 retail and restaurant <br>
11000 m2 residential (multifamily) <br>
12000 m2 underground car parking <br>
<br>
In selecting the baseline HVAC system, would this be considered a
RESIDENTIAL or NONRESIDENTIAL building type? What is the criteria
for selection? <br>
