<div>I have a question regarding miscellaneous loads in Design Development Wizard in eQUEST (Screen 20 of 25). </div>

<div>If we increase load in misc. for any of the spaces to let say 4 W/sq ft, the misc. equipment loads in BEPS report shifts to a very very high number.</div>

<div>Any idea, what all is contributing to such a high number. </div>

<div>Please note that there is no Water side HVAC involved.</div>
