Clicking the multiplier box (your proposal) is really more appropriate for repetitive floors of a tower. What John's recommending is that you create one building and then copy it in the shell Wizard. John's method gives greater accuracy but will require more computation time for your computer. Each building that is duplicated can use the multiplier method, but each building may have a different orientation and distance between the others. Create Building 1 shell (single story ??), then create the 2nd building (duplicating the 1st building), but then on the 1st screen give it a distance and orientation from the 1st building.
