<br clear="all"><div>dear all, </div><div><br></div><div>while checking through my simulation reports, i have realized that the the number of cooling unmet hours for one of my projects is 579 hours. this far exceeds the tab of allowable 300 hours. can anybody please explain me the idea behind cooling unmet hours.</div>
