The variables I would focus on are the sensible, and if appropriate, latent effectiveness, as well as the ERV-OA-FLOW and ERV-EXH-FLOW. The effectiveness and/or efficiency are provided by the HRV/ERV manufacturer. Note that "efficiency"
and "effectiveness" mean different things, and if you enter the efficiency in eQUEST instead of sensible/latent effectiveness you will underestimate the energy savings. See HVI (Home Ventilation Institute), Section 3, page two:</p><p class="MsoPlainText"><span><a target="_blank" href="http://www.hvi.org/resourcelibrary/proddirectory.html">http://www.hvi.org/resourcelibrary/proddirectory.html</a></span></p><p class="MsoPlainText"> </p><p class="MsoPlainText">The manufacturer might have values for the air film resistance fraction and exponent, but don't count on it.
