<font size="+1">I have yet to try what you are doing but you would
need to treat each building separately. The number of floors in
the building will determine your baseline building as Nick pointed
out. Your method to deliver conditioned air to each zone in each
building is going to be separate even though you may use a plant
to provide for example, hot and cold water to both buildings. I
haven't looked ahead to see if you are going to run into a system
type conflict between the 2 buildings but if you do just use
common sense and determine what is the best way to go to maximize
energy efficiency. None of the "rules" are written in stone.
They are bendable if you have a good argument and can back it up
with hard data which eQuest will give you.<br>

Nick, I have created both building in one single model to take
benefit of shading of building also as one single leed project.<br>
I am still not able to decide while choosing baseline building;
number of floors should be sum of all floor in project or maximum
number of floor of building.<br>
