    <font size="+1">I have yet to try what you are doing but you would
      need to treat each building separately.  The number of floors in
      the building will determine your baseline building as Nick pointed
      out.  Your method to deliver conditioned air to each zone in each
      building is going to be separate even though you may use a plant
      to provide for example, hot and cold water to both buildings.  I
      haven't looked ahead to see if you are going to run into a system
      type conflict between the 2 buildings but if you do just use
      common sense and determine what is the best way to go to maximize
      energy efficiency.  None of the "rules" are written in stone. 
      They are bendable if you have a good argument and can back it up
      with hard data which eQuest will give you.<br>

                      think your sytem should fall
                      under this and so Baseline System 6 should be the
                      right choice. I

                      buildings is a good idea !!
