<html><head><style type="text/css"><!-- DIV {margin:0px;} --></style></head><body><div style="font-family:times new roman,new york,times,serif;font-size:10pt;color:#000000;"><div>Ladies & Gentlemen:<br><br>I am modeling a government dormitory that has four pipe Vertical Fan Coil units with a hot and chilled water coil.<br><br>The chilled water coils will not be used for a year or two when it is anticipated that the district cooling plant will be operational. <br><br>ASHRAE 90.1 requires that we model cooling even if there is no cooling being installed. I modeled the baseline with DX PTAC units containing a hot water coil.<br><br>I would like to model the proposed as having chilled water cooling even though it has not been installed yet.
