<DIV>To begin with, it depends on who you are doing the model savings for. If it is a utility (to obtain incentives) or a governmental body (IE, California Title-24, ASHRAE 90.1-20-You Name it), there may a certain base model you need to run, with fixed parameters, etc.</DIV>

<DIV>But for free flow, existing versus improved, you need only run a Base Case of the actual building, match it as best as you can to actual bills (I won't even get into weather true up), then put in your EEMs (ECMs, ECOs, etc) and determine savings.</DIV>

<DIV>So it sounds like you are doing similar things as we do. So there is my simple approach.</DIV>
