volume to the attic space and/or an adjusted ceiling height where vaulted
ceilings are present is an acceptable portrayal. I’ve always been
quick to caution that eQuest is not an appropriate program where “aesthetic
necessity” has priority over the accuracy of the modeled behavior. For
sloped-roof buildings, I use this approach more often than not in eQuest.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

wizard’s inability to correctly recognize 90-degree angles and such for
the purpose of generating sloped roofs can sometimes be traced to tiny rounding
errors at the vertices that occur when the building perimeter is not aligned and
square with the x and y axis. If you are defining your perimeter in a
non-orthogonal fashion, you might find your problem is solved by using detailed
mode instead to define your exact baseline azimuth orientation.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
