<p class="MsoBodyText">The electric and fuel <font style="background-color: rgb(49, 106, 197);" color="#ffffff">meters</font> have been expanded
from 5 each to 100 and 15 each, respectively. You now define these <font style="background-color: rgb(49, 106, 197);" color="#ffffff">meters</font> using the
ELEC-<font style="background-color: rgb(49, 106, 197);" color="#ffffff">METER</font> and
FUEL-<font style="background-color: rgb(49, 106, 197);" color="#ffffff">METER</font>
commands, and may give each <font style="background-color: rgb(49, 106, 197);" color="#ffffff">meter</font> your own name. The ENERGY-RESOURCE command has been
eliminated and all characteristics of the energy (consumption units, etc.) are
now defined within the <font style="background-color: rgb(49, 106, 197);" color="#ffffff">meter</font> command. As before, you define the cost structure of
the energy in the <font style="background-color: rgb(49, 106, 197);" color="#ffffff">UTILITY</font>-RATE command. </p>
<p class="MsoBodyText">The ELEC-<font style="background-color: rgb(49, 106, 197);" color="#ffffff">METER</font> command is a TYPE command; the TYPE can be either
<font style="background-color: rgb(49, 106, 197);" color="#ffffff">UTILITY</font>, BUILDING
or SUB-<font style="background-color: rgb(49, 106, 197);" color="#ffffff">METER</font>. All
ELEC-<font style="background-color: rgb(49, 106, 197);" color="#ffffff">METERs</font> with
TYPE=SUB-<font style="background-color: rgb(49, 106, 197);" color="#ffffff">METER</font> must
be included in the BLDG/SUB-<font style="background-color: rgb(49, 106, 197);" color="#ffffff">METER</font> list of a <font style="background-color: rgb(49, 106, 197);" color="#ffffff">UTILITY meter</font> or the SUB-<font style="background-color: rgb(49, 106, 197);" color="#ffffff">METER</font> list for an
ELEC-<font style="background-color: rgb(49, 106, 197);" color="#ffffff">METER</font> with
TYPE=BUILDING. Similarly, all ELEC-<font style="background-color: rgb(49, 106, 197);" color="#ffffff">METERs</font> with TYPE=BUILDING must be included in the
BLDG/SUB-<font style="background-color: rgb(49, 106, 197);" color="#ffffff">METER</font> list
of a <font style="background-color: rgb(49, 106, 197);" color="#ffffff">UTILITY
meter</font>.</p>

library. For electricity, these are EM1 through EM25, and for fuel they are FM1

M1, M2, M3, M4, and M5 no longer exist).</p>
