On the DOE.com website there is a weather data processor which will
convert the .bin (binary) weather data to a .ft (formatted text)
file. It will also prepare a .sta (weather station summary text
file) with some summary info. <br>
<br>
As an alternate, you can run an eQUEST sim and select weather data
variables as hourly report outputs.<br>
